Soft enough not to scratch surfaces, but does a great job of scrubbing them. Love this product! It’s also made with metal not plastic, so it has great durability! 5 stars

Honestly, for the price, it’s a very handy broom. The bristles are nice and stiff. Good for sweeping away debris and or cleaning. Only downside is the width is a little small so it’ll take many strokes to clean.
